Avena 2 at The Valley is an Emaar Properties villa community located within The Valley master development along Dubai–Al Ain Road (E66), approximately 25 minutes from Downtown Dubai. The project offers four-bedroom standalone villas presented across three distinct architectural styles named Lilly, Lotus, and Gardenia, each characterised by elegant facades, floor-to-ceiling windows, and open-plan interiors finished with warm, natural tones.
