Chic Tower

Chic Tower is a contemporary residential tower by DAMAC Properties located in Business Bay, one of Dubai's primary mixed-use corridors running along the Dubai Canal. The building draws its visual identity from an aquatic palette — a turquoise-toned facade paired with floor-to-ceiling glazing and cantilevered balconies that frame views of the Dubai Canal and the Downtown skyline beyond. The residential mix spans studios from around 448 sq ft, one-bedroom apartments from 752 sq ft, and larger two-bedroom units across multiple floor-plan configurations. The development launched for sale in March 2023, with construction beginning shortly after and handover targeted for October 2026. The payment plan at launch was structured as 20% on booking, 60% during the construction period, and 20% on handover. Amenities within the tower include an infinity swimming pool with panoramic city views, a fitness centre, wellness spa, health club, landscaped gardens, retail shops, restaurants, concierge services, maid service provision, and covered parking with 24-hour security. The Business Bay location offers residents approximately five minutes by road to Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall, and around fifteen minutes to Dubai International Airport, with the Business Bay Metro Station providing public transport access.
